Big A Excavating

I would like to list this as a customer service issue, as well as a warranty issue. It has now been a year that I have been trying to deal with this contractor. While connecting our house to the sewer everything that could have gone wrong did. The contractor ruined our yard, caught the eave of our house with the tractor, broke my tree, distroyed my sprinkler system, and ended up taking two extra weeks. We received a letter from the count stating that they were not accepting his work and that there are permit issues. I have tried to contact him several times and haven't been able to reach him or get any communication back once so ever. He never fixed my yard as promised and now I don't have an acceptable sewer connection.
