I feel compelled to write this review because I want others to know what kind of operation this Biener Audi is, but first a little background. I got tired of bringing my Masarati Ghibli in for repairs so once my lease ended I jumped to get a reliable car. I ended up leasing an Audi RS5 from Biener. During the leasing process I did feel that their dealings were not completely above-board, but I went ahead and leased the car anyway because they offered me a good deal. I brought my car in for a service and they gave me loaner car. This is when Biener showed their true colors. I hit a raccoon with the loaner and the front bumper was damaged. I got an estimate from a body shop which was a little above $2,500. I then called Beiner and they suggested that I bring the car in. The service adviser, Charles G, told me that it'll cost me around $3,500 to repair the car. I didn't want my insurance to get involved so I told them that I'll get back to him the next day. Charles called me the next day and told me that it was going to cost $25,000 (yes, 25k) to repair the car. I almost had a heart attack. 25k to repair the front bumper. To make a long story short I offered to buy the car from them. It had around 3k miles on it and the sticker price was $36k (Audi A4). They told me that they couldn't sell the car to me. I then asked to speak to the Service Director (Stephen G). He was very rude and was in no mood to resolve the issue. I asked to speak to the owner of dealership and that's when the reality set in. The owner was 10 times worse than his staff. I leased an 80K car but they couldn't care less. No amount of pleading helped me and I had put the claim through my insurance company which is what I was trying to avoid. I will never buy/lease a car from Biener Audi. Hopefully, someone else will read this review and do the same. I have no ill will towards them but they are a bunch of shady car guys with no ethics.
I called Biener Audi Service department inquiring about a quote to change front and rear brakes. The representative "Lisa" advised me that the cost for the two front wheels will run me around $450.00 including brake pads, brake sensors, Rotors and Labor and the same for the two rear wheels. The call was on 11//2018 at 3:02 pm "my wife *** was a witness on the conference call".
I asked Lisa several times during the call to confirm the price for parts and labour before I go to the service department, and she indeed confirmed the price 3 times. I called the service department again at 3:43 pm before I go to them to ask for an additional service "change the transmission oil" and while I’m on the call, I confirmed the price for the first job again. I received the same answer from Lisa indicating that she confirmed with the Parts Department and the Labor Department. During the second call, I had a friend with me and witnessed the conversation. I arrived at Biener Audi to drop off the car and or schedule the service appointment at approximately 3:55 pm. I met with Lisa in person which she recognized me from the call and had the break down of charges in a paper as follow: $204 for parts and $244 for labour, a total of $444.00 for the front and a similar price for the back wheels.
As I am scheduling the appointment, another representative " Mat W" rudely interrupted the conversation, took the paper where all prices indicated and said: “NO. The price will be $789 for the front and similar for the back”.
I asked them to simply provide me with the service based on the original quote as agreed on during the call. Mr W disrespectfully and arrogantly told me: "this is the price, you have no proof for the $450.00. DO WHATEVER YOU WANT NOW"
I’m requesting to pull the record of the phone call and listen to the original prices as quoted to prove my case.
This client called the cashier for pricing. I am not sure how they arrived at that price. Maybe wrong vehicle info was used our an incorrect part numbers where used. Not sure. At Biener it is extremely rare that a cashier gives out repair pricing. A Service Adviser always does. Anyway, with that being said., We never worked on the car. So I could understand this being a Revdex.com complaint if the car was dropped off, and the client was quoted one price, and then upon pick up the price changed. But that is not the case here. The client is stating that the wrong prices were quoted on the phone and when the car was being dropped off, the correct prices were quoted BEFORE the repairs were done and BEFORE the car was taken in. We do value the clients time and their willingness to service with us. We are sorry about the inconvenience of driving over here with the expectations of having these repairs performed and therefore will offer the client a 20% discount on these repairs at the correct prices if they would like. I can be reached at *** My name is Rich P. Thank you
If you're a proud Audi owner like me, take your car to be serviced elsewhere! So much for purchasing a premium vehicle, what you get at Biener Audi is far from such. I learned this when I brought my $72k 2018 SQ5 in for a few service items on 8/22. On this day I was also talked into getting my 10k service as it was nearing anyway. What I got back was a vehicle who's front sport calipers and rims where completely ruined, stained and discolored. Although they deny it and probably will continue to do so instead of admitting that someone messed up, was a break fluid spill on my calipers and rims. Mind you that absolutely no one has touched my car other than the people at Biener service. I hand wash it and I have a gold package ceramic pro coating on it. This includes bumper to bumper, rims and calipers included. I was discredited on how and what I use to wash my car or that my rims and tires were even removed that day, even tho the invoices say otherwise and marking, scratches, etching is evident all over my rims. Phone calls and emails to my service consultant Matt W, have gone unanswered. The foreman that shrug his shoulders and said there's nothing he could/would do was Amrit H. I was told that at some point in the future, their regional manager would come in and if I was fortunate enough at a moments notice to bring my car in, he would be the one to look at it and decide on my vehicle. 4 weeks later I'm still waiting for follow up!
I brought my Audi A4 2009 in for a routine oil change about two weeks ago. After the oil change was completed and I started driving the car back home, I realized that a light in my car turned on that said "turn off engine and check oil levels." When this happened, I brought my car back to Biener Audi to ask what was going on. They took a look at the car and checked it out and they realized that when they performed the oil change, they accidentally over-filled the oil tank, so they informed me that they solved the issue by removing the excess oil from the oil tank and then they sent me on my way. As I drove the car back home, I realized that the same exact light that originally turned on (the one that said "turn off engine and check oil levels") turned on, along with another "check engine" light. So I take my car back to Biener Audi and explained to them that these two lights turned on after they drained the excess oil. After about an hour argument with them which involved them demanding that I pay for a technician to check out what the problem was, they sent one of their technicians to check my car without a charge to me. Meanwhile I was wondering to myself how they have the audacity to charge me to check the car after they originally messed up the car with the oil change. After they finished checking the car for the second time, they told me again that there was excess oil that they did not drain from the first time I came back, so they drained the oil for a second time and assured me that the light that said "turn off engine and check oil levels" would not appear again since they claimed to have solved the issue. As I drive back home that same day, the "turn off engine and check oil levels" light turned on again along with the check engine light. At this point I become frustrated because that caused me to have to go back to Biener Audi for the fourth time within a week to see what was going on. Meanwhile, this was taking away from my work and study time, which turned out to be very costly. When I brought back the car for the fourth time, they checked out my car and said that they had to repair a part that would cost $896.62. They charged me about $896.62 for something that was their fault to begin with. I can prove that it was their fault because these lights started to turn on in my car only after I brought my car for an oil change and when they admitted that they overfilled the oil tank with extra oil. Also, the check engine light only turned on after the first time that they attempted to drain the excess oil, which clearly shows that they messed up in their procedure to drain the excess oil, which caused the problem that cost me $896.62. Without a doubt in my mind they caused this problem, yet they charged me for the repairs. They couldnt admit that they caused the problem. The whole back and forth with them and me having to bring in my car to them four times cost me a lot of time and money. I expect to be compensated for the money that I gave them to repair the damage that they caused to my car ($896.62) and the cost of the original oil change ($85) . It is absolutely not right what they did. They also spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner when I tried to get them to understand my perspective. They are unprofessional people that did not handle their customer correctly, and I feel like they stole my time and money because of something that was completely their fault. I expect to be compensated with the money I paid them for the repairs and the original price of the oil change
I will look into this matter and reach out to the client when I find out the facts..

I have reviewed this complaint from our end. I have pulled information from computers and spoke with all involved. Here is what I think. *** brought his car to us on July 3rd for a Lube, oil and filter change. We performed the service and also provided him with a list of other items that required repair at that time. These repairs were NOT related to ***'s complaint, I am just reading the repair order. These repairs were declined. The car came back on July *** with a message on the car that said The car was overfilled. Too much oil, please drain oil. This is not uncommon. If it is going to happen, it happens a few days after the work performed. We drained a small amount of oil to put out the "overfill light". The car left and came back on July *** with a check engine light and he again complains of an oil light. However, this oil light does not say "Overfill", it is a regular oil pressure sensor light. (different light) The car has over 400 miles more on it now. The check engine light was a vacuum leak from the pressure regulating valve and is totally unrelated to an oil change. Also the oil light is a pressure light, not an "overfill" light. *** has placed his trust in us before and we feel as a matter of goodwill and to clear any confusion, we are prepared to pay for the Oil Pressure Switch. We did NOT charge him any labor that day to assist him. If that is acceptable to all parties, we will issue *** a credit for $253.50. Please let me know.

I took my car to Sunrise Tire for inspection on 12/05/17 where I was told I needed to replace front brake pads. I had the work completed.
On 04/24/18 I went to Biener Audi for routine maintenance where I was told that my front brake pads and rotors were low and needed to be replaced. I had advised Audi that I had already replaced; however, they were adamant that I have the work done.
I then took my vehicle to Firestone for a 2nd opinion, they advised me that I did not need any work done on my brakes and that I should take to another Audi dealership for confirmation.
On 05/09/18 I took my vehicle to Audi Massapequa where I was advised that there were no issues found with my brakes after a test drive and brake pad thickness check.
To say I am outraged is an understatement. Not only did I have to waste valuable time taking my vehicle back and forth from shop to shop, I had to spend unnecessary money.
I decided to lease a vehicle with Biener Audi on a brand new Audi Q7. We finalized the order and I have filed for a credit application. After two weeks of not hearing anything back I reached out to him to see what the status is. He advised me that he filed for a credit app but I did not get approved thru US Bank therefor he filed with Audi Financial Services. I was outraged that *** filed a new credit app without my consent or knowledge. I withdrew my application and asked them to submit a request to remove the hard credit inquires from my report. It has never happened. I contacted *** roday and all I got is a disgusting message cursing me out and telling me to go screw my self. This is not how business is conducted or should be conducted. Please remove the inquiries from my reports.
This client applied for credit approval. The Dealertrack system runs multipul banks at once. He signed the credit application giving us permission to run his credit check. I have multipul messages from my Finance Managers phone of this client calling him personal vulgar terms. I guess he was upset that he did not get approved by his desired bank. Either way, we did not sell him a car. I cannot change inquiries on his credit bureau. Not sure where this is going. No purchase was ever made. There was NO Business done here. I would be happy to show phone messages from *** to show how he spoke to my staff. I would also speak to *** if he wants to discuss this further. *** P
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Hi ***,
I`m not sure if you are aware of, I was never upset that I did not get approved by US Bank since it is really tough to get approved with them. I was upset about how *** handled this whole situation. From the get going to the end. I always has been a gentleman to him up to the point where he decided to pull a fast one on me. I did not like the fact that, I wanted to custom order my car with you guy (there was a 3 month lead time for that) *** decided to put me on the back burner and let me wait two week without an answer. After calling multiple times and asking him to call me back even George got upset that *** hasn`t done it yet. After *** made it seem like over text messages that I`m bothering him while he is on his day off, I replied to him that I have been calling for him for multiple days already. When our conversation did not go anywhere and it was just a blaming game and excuses I told him that I`m done and do not wish to do any business with Biener Audi. I apologized to George as he was the true gentleman in this whole awful situation. I never stated any Bank preferences. However when there is an answer that has been given by a financial institution wouldn`t you like to know that answer? Instead of waiting for two weeks before doing anything? Wouldn`t you want to know what is happening with your Credit File or if there is another Credit Application that is being filed? Bottom line is that, if you would like to talk to me about this further I`m open to it. I have no hard feelings for anyone but ***. The vulgarity came in when *** decided to tell me to F___ Off and to grow up and after that to threaten me with a report to the police. I`m not sure if he showed you those messages as would not surprise me if he didn`t. I have retained all text messages since the very first one. Feel free to reach out to me to discuss further. As for the inquiries, you are able to remove the inquiry if you submit a letter to the creditor and ask for removal. Been there, done that with mercedes benz worked like a charm every time.
Thank you.
The client is looking for us to ask the bank to withdraw the inquiry on his credit application. I am not sure that the bank will do so, but I have drafted a letter and am requesting the bank to do that if it is possible.
