I sent in paperwork to get my pension withdraw and they have not sent my check it's been 30 days the paperwork said it would take up to 10 days to process and it's been 30 we are laid off and need the money ASAP
No it's not my employer
The customer concerned requested a distribution from their retirement plan. There is no contract involved but rather an application for benefits. While this applications does indicate the normal time frame for this process it is not a contract or guarantee of timing. The process was delayed at the investment company due to errors in the accounting. The customer was kept informed at every step along the process.
