Bidwell Brothers Electric

I contacted Bidwell Brothers on 11/13/17 to replace our electrical panel. This replacement was a requirement for us to close the pending sale of our home, which I conveyed the first phone call. They, understandably, were not able to make it that week. The next week was Thanksgiving, and understandably, we could not schedule for that week, so we scheduled for 11/29. We spoke again on 11/21. I was told that the permit would be applied for on 11/27. I did not hear anything from them. I contacted again after a few texts that did not get a response, asking if they were still coming on 11/29. Finally, they responded saying they didn't have the permit back. Monday, 12/4, my husband called, because there was no evidence the permit had been applied for, and my husband was told that they mistook it for another job and NEVER APPLIED FOR THE PERMIT. 8 days before we were supposed to close, we had to scramble to find another electrician, and did not have time to get estimates. Essentially, having to go with whoever was available now matter the cost. I also didn't have time to schedule when was convenient for us, and I had to take the day off of work, costing us even more money. They seemed to be genuinely sorry, but unfortunately, sorry doesn't make up for poor organization and dropping the ball. I relied on their Revdex.com A+ Rating, along with their Revdex.com Accredited Business status. Unfortunately, I got nowhere near that impression.
