I purchased 2 security cameras. Items are of poor quality, charging plug does not work on the one I opened, app for operation does not work, will not open. I have sent 7 messages to company requesting to do a return and have requested a return shipping label 4 times. Company’s customer service phone number dead ends. I have not gotten a response and this has been going on since January 25, 2020.
