Review: I purchased a Used vehicle with the following issues.. the check engine light was on, damaged windshield, and a non functioning CD player.. a contract was written up the day of purchase to have all of the issues listed repaired.. the following two weeks an appointment was made and my vehicle was put in the shop.The same day I recieved a call stating that my vehicle was finished and could be picked up.. as it appeared all the issues were fixed until I had to take my vehicle for Motor vehicle inspection. My vehical failed due to the engine light being on, which in eye sight the engine light was off.. when Bi-rite made the repairs the actual engine light problem was not corrected they just removed the bulb.. Now that I took the vehicle to a repair shop.. It will cost approximetly 1000.00 to repair for my vehicle to pass inspection. I contacted Bi-rite and the only response they gave me is they would not do that to my vehicle. Also Bi-rite sold my cotract to a Finance company.. so they would not be responsible.Desired Settlement: I would like for Bi-rite to pay for my repairs.
