BHI Energy, Inc. Company

I hired BHI as a contractor to install a shower stall. In turn, BHI hired a subcontractor, *** Plumbers to do the work. The pipes were not crimped correctly causing a severe flood in my condo unit which also effected two other resident's homes.
Date of incident was December 6, 2018. Even though the plumbers and Adrian from BHI were on site at the time of the incident, we called the engineers of our condo association who immediately turned off the water and helped in the initial clean up and left fans to help dry the area.
My floors have been ruined and are coming apart. My unit has tested positive for active mold and bacteria.
When an *** rep, from Kramer and Son's insurance came to investigate, he said WE should have opened the walls to make sure they would dry. Now, three months later, with no help from either contractor, I am being told again, We should have had the matter taken care of sooner, because now we are the reason there is such a high amount of mold.

I am not the professional, I was doing what I was told at the time by the plumbers and the contractor. Now I have to move out of my home for an undetermined amount of time and still no one has started any work to improve the safety of my home.

I have contacted my Homeowner Insurance but am being told I may have to go through subrogation. In the meantime, my family is starting to develop nighttime coughs and I am experiencing eye irritations.

BHI and *** have done nothing to help my situation, they are too busy pointing fingers at everyone possible and are showing no interest in getting this resolved quickly.
