l am on BHB Trading website and about to place an order and it says Cash on delivery? What type of business wants you to pay cash on delivery,? its not a food delivery within the same city, its products coming from New York, so in the event l'm not home when the delivery is being done, what happens then? Do they plan on collecting cash from every online customer Natiion wide and lnternationally? There's something not right about this, l think they may have new Management as purchasing their items online used to be smooth. l also tried their customer service number at 212.505.0052 atleast 10 times today to find out whats going on and no one picked up the phone. Not sure what's going on with this company.

Review: I just talked to one of BHB Trading representatives and he was very rude. Telling me I have to add more money for shipping because the initial calculation was wrong. Your website did the shipping calculations...so whose fault is that???

I bought the goods from their website where all the shipping cost was calculated, so why would I as a customer be calling on my order only to be told it has not been shipped because the shipping charges ain't enough??? Very disappointed!!!! Poor customer service and I don't think I can trust this company to deliver any of the merchant it is claiming to be selling!!Desired Settlement: Explanation of why you have a website where people order stuff and you can't agree with your own terms of transaction? Why are you conning the Americans??
