BH Management Services

I applied at their Villa's 52 Apartments in Atlanta. They charged $200 for an application. They said it will take 15 days for me to get my money .
I applied for an apartment with BH Management on 07/02/2020. I paid $200 dollar for the application. They took $200 as soon as I filled out the application.

I applied because I googled these apts. the Villa's 52 at 5220 N Henry Blvd, Stockbridge, GA 30281. I was under the impression these were a second chance apartment complex.

On 07/03/2020 I went to their site and I was denied for the Apt. I called to find out the reason why. I asked the manager was these second chance apartments and she stated not anymore they use to be. I said that is why I applied.

I said what about my $200.00 she said I will only get $100 back and the application fee is non-refundable. OK fine!! I said when can I get my money, she said it will take a whole 15 days to receive my money back. A check in the mail.

The have it set up so they can get your money quickly. I want my money before 15 days. With all the technology out here I have to wait 15 days!!
