BG Cheap

I ordered a microwave cabinet through them. A few days later a fireplace cabinet arrived. I have tried numerous times to reach them through phone, email, and submitting a message through their website. Their phone number on their website goes to a person (Desiree), not to a business and no one seems to answer their website or email messages. When I made payment, the name on my credit card is another individual's name, again not the business name. The box that came with the fireplace cabinet says that it was shipped through ***, so I'm working with them on returning that, but what a mess!
