Beyond Body Wear

Review: I ordered a pair of pants from Beyond Body Wear on 3/18/13. I received the product over a week later. Unfortunately, the pants were too big. I tried contacting them to ask about an exchange, but was unable to get ahold of anyone. I went ahead and returned the product via the instructions listed with the packaging slip and according to their website. I have verified with the delivery confirmation tracking number that Beyond Body Wear received my return 4/1/13; well within their 30 day return policy. Two weeks later, I had not heard back from them regarding my return nor have they credited the account that I paid with and since then all of my phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. Their phone line goes straight to voicemail, though I have left numerous messages for someone to return my calls. My emails have gone unanswered as well. They also supposedly have a live help chat on their website, but not surprisingly they are always offline. I would like to get a refund on the pants, but at the very least I would appreciate someone from Beyond Body Wear to contact me. I also hope to prevent this from happening to anyone else.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a full refund on the pants of $76.00 and the return shipping cost of $6.00 for a total of $82.00.
