Beyond 7 Designs

Review: I purchased a brand new bubble wall with LED lighting from Beyond 7 Designs that cost $2300, after about one year of usage, the bubble wall starts to leak. On April 27, 2014, I tried to contact the owner [redacted] regarding the problem. He suggested that when he comes to NYC for business he would come and take a look at the problem. When he finally arrived at our store in NYC on September 2, 2014, he let me know that he needs to take the bubble wall with him back to his company and he will fix the problem for free. Then he would ship it back to us and it would take approximately two weeks to do so. So I let him take the bubble wall with him and waited two weeks which he never calls. Until September 22, 2014, when I called him, he told me that the bubble wall was ready to be ship back to me. However, after that date I never receive any shipment or any type of shipping confirmation information regarding the bubble wall. From that day on, I tried to contact Mr. [redacted], however he either never replies any call or text message or would let me know that he is still working on fixing the problem. Even until today, more than half a year later, I have not received my bubble wall back.To us small business owner, this is a huge financial loss. And ever since that day, there was a very large dark and empty hole in our restaurant. This has a very negative impact on our business, because the bubble wall was the very main decoration we have. Now every time when customers come in they don't see anything but a very ugly hole on the wall. I would really hope the Revdex.coms would step in and help me get my fixed bubble wall back. This has been a very long, tiring and frustrating experience dealing business with the Beyond 7 Designs, where the owner always promised something and never does it.Desired Settlement: The hole at our restaurant was custom made to fit the bubble wall. I would like the owner to fix the leaking problem on the bubble wall as he promised and ship it back to me immediately.
