Excellent Salesman, great personality, beautiful spirit. This young man is very knowledgeable, educated, professional and a go getter. He has exemplified the best of what I met in such a long in the business world today. I appreciate his patience, do diligence and positive personality. I want to express I attempted to do a review from the email I was sent. However, the process for the review is set up covers more then one (1) department which does not allow the focus of where the attention should be.

I will say that Joshua has a strong driving force and will go far with the right support. I pray that he is recognized for his work ethics in moving forward. Go for it Joshua and I send you KUDOS from me to the moon!

Purchased an insert key from Kia on Richmond Highway a few years ago. When I returned to the store, I was told that they were no longer providing that service there and that all orders were transferred to the Kia Service on a department on West Broad Street. In 2019 I visited this location and tried to duplicate my key - they could not locate my order that was transferred from the other Kia location. I was told that they would look into it. I never got a follow-up - today, I contacted up Beyer Kia to follow up on this and was told by a sales associate that there was no record of my purchase and they would have to reorder the key which is not over $42. I think this is ridiculous. And customer service's attitude is well we can't find it and this is what the price is now. If you can show a receipt that they have no receipt of the purchase. This is ridiculous.

My Kia *** headlights would turn off at night while driving the vehicle. This was a known defect which I received an unlimited warranty notice from Kia after reporting the issue on the government auto safety data collection website.
Beyer Kia in Falls Church tested the headlight stalk on the steering column November 9 and determined the part was bad. They didn't have a replacement part and it took multiple weeks to get the part.
After they received the replacement part, they installed it and returned the car, but I noticed immediately the part was the wrong part and had reduced functionality. They agreed and ordered the correct part. When they returned the vehicle, my wife picked up the vehicle and thought the steering wheel was loose. She was right, I verified the steering wheel is loose on the steering column this weekend.
I called Beyer Kia and left a message Saturday, texted on the text chain from the repair service with Rachel from the previous visit, and left a message with the service department receptionist this evening around 5pm, since I had no email, text, or voicemail reply. The receptionist said the service department was open but she couldn't help me.
This will be the 4th trip (over an hour round trip) to this dealership for this single warranty replacement issue to fix unsafe vehicle operation.
I feel I am experiencing extremely poor customer service, and am nervous because the receptionist told me to drive the vehicle to their shop, which I feel is dangerous / irresponsible / perhaps illegal with a loose steering wheel.
