We bought a couch from their salesman *** in January of 2019. Excellent customer service. Just over a year after we purchased, our couch started to rip on 2 of the cushion seams. We called and they said they would take care of it. I set up a time with ***(The owner) to stop by our home to take a look and pick up the cushions. After waiting on him the next day FOR 2 HOURS, I called and he said "my driver said he already came by." Do you think I would call if they already stopped by? After that, I didn't trust them. 3 weeks later, we finally had our new cushions, after messing up the size they ended up replacing the entire cushion with the fabric. We also had a pillow that was ripped too, he brought the wrong size back to me and said "sorry it's the wrong size, you can just sew the other cushion yourself." It's just a pillow, but the comment was so rude.
About 2 weeks later, the other 2 cushions started to rip. I called Mr. over a WEEK ago and he still hasn't returned my phone call. I called again yesterday and left another message for him. We paid over $2200 for this couch and it's just over 1.5 years old. They said when we bought the couch it was a "lifetime guarantee." When I called yesterday the woman on the phone said it was only a year warranty. That is not in the contract I signed. We were told by ***(salesman) that it was a lifetime. This place is a JOKE, their furniture is junk and I do not recommend to anyone.
