The attached plan was a 2 month program that was to include (not DHEA Adrenal Complex ( Progesterone Testosterone MIC Vitamin B12 & Syringes and needles
The plan was presented as an easy automatic renewal with a credit card on file to be recharged at the appropriate 2 mo interval.
The plan was not able to be followed because then some were dispensed at 60 day supply and others at 75 day supply but to have them at different delivery times would incur additional charges.
Also at first the required signature I was told couldn't be taken off and so trying to coordinate the delivery when they couldn't give me an estimate of a delivery time to have someone be present was incredibly challenging.

The communication was always changing. Maybe because there has been Abbey Blankenship , Molly ParkerKristen and Ashlee. There is no standard of how they proceed with orders and poor communication with delay of orders or orders not being put in despite them stating they would.
There have been excuse after excuse of 3/9/17 email down due to Verizon, not getting emails sent or message called
Ashlee Matock said she never got emails and did not bother to follow up on completing the order for refills she said she would follow through on.

The adrenal complex was not available after multiple calls and visits and when it did then they wanted an additional charge (Saturday, April 02, XXXX X:XX AM I stopped in again last Tuesday to check on the adrenocomplex and it was not there. I was told I would get a call when it was in. I have not heard. I asked to be email me when it will be in or mail it to my house but it never occurred

Orders came with no Progesterone and lipo B12 and when inquires were made they said they would get them to me and it never arrived and was not available at the store front when I went to pick the hold over until the order came and they were not available. There was no reimbursement of the money for the medication not sent
There were orders sent with no needles and syringes but no discount given

After getting blood work done in February, I could not get the results emailed or mailed to my home despite multiple phone calls and emails thru March , April and May. I was finally emailed the results on 6/19
Ultherapy (ads for $1599 $2999)made no change
Body FX (adds for $999 $3999was a complete waste of lots of time and money. There was no permanent cellulite removal or fat reduction Several times I showed up and the tech was not there to do it and no one had called to tell me they had not come in to work further wasting my time. Other times they told me to go to the Southlake location only for no one to be there.
The portion control colored containers don't stay closed and the ones you can buy on Amazon cost less and come with more information on food options as well as links to even more informaion._ while you charged me 6/20 I was changed $820
I was never provided invoices for insurance reimbursement as I asked
I had a credit of $279.36 that was not applied.
I was supposed to be charged 399 for the 60 day supply of with needles andadrenal complex Progesterone testosterone and Mic ( each time I have received this it is a different amount and a different bottle. Despite not getting these I was charged on 5/11
