Miss [redacted] came to our center on 4/25/She was consulted by one of our RN's who has over years of experience in injectablesAfter going over what Miss [redacted] 's concerns were she needed additional filler on top of what she purchased on our [redacted] which was for two syringesIt's typical that we would need a starting of two syringes just for the cheeks, again this is a starting point some patients need moreWhen Miss [redacted] purchased our [redacted] for two syringes for $she thought to herself she could get a face liftThis year old thin patient needed a lot more than the two syringesLike I was saying after consulting the patient she also wanted to address the bags under her eyesThis required more productAgreed by the patient we added on two more syringes to address the tear trough areaWhen injecting the under eye also known as the tear trough we always let the patient know this is an area that has thin skin and can potentially bruiseEvery patient is different on how they respond this tender areaMiss [redacted] ended up with bruising as we told her this was likely to happen and she decided to proceed with the elective procedureOn 4/28/Dr [redacted] spoke with Mrs [redacted] after reviewing her photos she sent via email that it was to bruise and that the bruising will go away around a two week period of time At the end of the day the patient wants a refund which she is not entitled toOnce a patient signs our consent forms and our no refund policy form we proceed with the consultation and the elective procedure the patient has agreed toBruising is something we say to every patient when doing injectables but if it was going to happen it would happen most likely under the eyesWe advised the patient to come in and allow the Doctor to take a look at her in person but she refusedThe patient lives in Yucaipa and is miles away from our center one wayI'm thinking she saw the deal and decided to make a very long commute to get to usDuring the check out process our front desk asks for GratuityThis is standard when providing a serviceThe front desk asked Miss [redacted] if she would like to leave gratuityShe declinedNow if at the time she was unhappy with the treatment why did she pay for her service? You will see below how Miss [redacted] has slandered our company on ***She actually said we asked her for a $tip which is totally untrueWe leave it up to our patients to decide how much to tip or if they would like to tip at all I did use a [redacted] so normally I would say I got what I paid for but NOT in this case! The nurse kept telling me how GREAT she was and what a wonderful teacher she was and then up sold me to the tune of a EXTRA $800.00!!!! I didn't know that until I checked out, HOW EMBARRASSING! What else could I do but pay? Then the gal at the front desk asked if I wanted to add a $tip???? When I got home I noticed two black eyes, but I thought well she said I might have a little brusingThe next day FULL ON black eyes! I had to work so I tried to cover them upOn Friday I went to a Drthat I get botox from and he said she used the wrong needle and she didn't know what she was doingHe asked me if she changed the needle I said no, he said please don't go back there! I am rejecting this response because:They are not telling the truthPlease read my complaint again and see for yourselfI am a physician, practicing cosmetic procedures as wellI know the changes that the patients are expectingI told “***” (who consulted me and treated me with Ultherapy) that I don’t want minimal changes and unless it is going to be a significant change in my neck appearance, I don’t want UltherapyShe assured me that I am going to be very satisfied with the resultsAfter months, my family and my patients kept telling me that I need to have surgery because Ultherapy did not work I called Beverly Hills skin rejuvenation center and then they made an appointment for follow upAfter over minutes of waiting for follow up, “***” took me back and took some picturesAfter minutes waiting for “after pictures”, then another girl came and wanted to take more picturesI asked why? She said those pictures that *** took, were not right angelI asked for the pictures taken by “***” to be sent to me to compareThey never didI asked to talk to the doctor that is medical director and they kept telling me that they would have him call meIt never happenedI went there again weeks later and talked to another manager who was a male and when he started to waste my time by talking nonsense, I asked to confront “***”But that did not happen either because he said, “ SHE DOES NOT WORK THERE ANY MORE AND WE DONT KNOW WHAT DID SHE TELL YOU AND WE ARE SORRY THAT YOU ARE NOT HAPPY BUT WE WONT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACKTHIS IS OUR POLICY”I will find the name of the doctor who is their medical director and will tell him how this skin rejuvenation center is destroying his reputationI will send email to all my 4300+ patients to keep them from going to Beverly Hills skin rejuvenation center and telling them how they treated meI already made some other arrangements to tell the public what kind of business this Beverly Hills skin rejuvenation is running based on empty and untruthful results and no customer satisfactionI definitely am not going to stop here.*** ***, MDFirst of all I asked them to show me

I was given *** by *** that has caused bags under my eyes that I never had beforeI didn't want or ask for this procedureI didn't want to pay for this but I did because I didn't know what else to doShe also gave me restylane that was watered down as I saw no improvement what so ever
I complained on yelp and they never called me as I requestedI always wanted to make things right because of the brusing I was so depressed and hid for weeksThey promised if I was patience I would love the results, but I told them I was not happy and they ignored meI would like them to try to correct this with no additional cost to me instead of a refundI was upsold and I normally to not fall for this but my Dad just passed and I was not thinking clearly

I am rejecting this response because: I was never provided any information about this policyWhen I went to do the blood work, they told me there was a $charge to hold my appointment time at which it would go to the cost of the programNever once did they inform me the money would not be giving back if I decided not to go with the programOnce I told them I had decided not to go with the plan, and asked for my money back this is when they said it was not going to be refundedWhen I told them that I was never told this then they said it was in the new patient form I said I told them I didn't sign a new patient formThen they said usually they have the clients come in, sign the form, do a weigh in, and measure they're BMI and the consultation normally takes a hour or soI was on the phone with someone for mins, and none of these thugs weee doneThis company is a fraud, the only reason that they didn't give me my money back is because I didn't agree to do their programPlease have they show a documents where I signed stating I was aware of this because there wasn't oneThis is just their way of cheating clients out of money who don't want to do business with themI do no understand how a consultation is worth $375, that is another lieI've never heard anything about this $feeI spoke with all the managers there and no one ever said anything about a fee of $this is just another lieThey lied about the amount of the program, they lied about me agreeing to pay them $for nothing and and now they're lying about most people paying them $for not doing anythingI spoke with managers and two office people would someone do all if they were told the money would not be refunded.

Hello [redacted],Before treatment is provided, we do an in depth consultation and assessment with the patient to ensure they are a candidate. We pretty much have a 100% satisfaction rate with Ultherapy; however results do vary from minimal to excellent. The patient was treated by our advanced...

Ultherapist and before and after photos were shown to the patient. The patient responded to the treatment well and received great results; therefore we believe the patient's expectations were unrealistic. The procedure can be painful, however it is manageable. Since we are so detailed during the consultation and assessment, we do not offer refunds on services that have been received. All of these things are outlined in the consents signed by the patient and thoroughly explained during the consultation and assessment. Please do not hesitate to contact our office if anything else is needed regarding this issue. When Miss [redacted] purchased our [redacted] for two syringes for $599 she thought to herself she could get a face lift. This 62 year old thin patient needed a lot more than the two syringes. Like I was saying after consulting the patient she also wanted to address the bags under her eyes. This required more product. Agreed by the patient we added on two more syringes to address the tear trough area. When injecting the under eye also known as the tear trough we always let the patient know this is an area that has thin skin and can potentially bruise. Every patient is different on how they respond this tender area.
