complaint revolved around an $89.90 debit, which he authorized in his original agreement, but for whatever reason chose to omit that from his complaint.   The $89.90 that he requested has been credited back to his account and no further action is required. It is important to go on the record and address his inaccurate statements and mischaracterizations of Lyoness as a “pyramid scheme” and “scam”.  Lyoness is a global shopping community with shopping members and merchants located throughout the United States and around the world.  Despite the filing of this complaint and mischaracterizations of our business, Lyoness considers this matter to be closed. Sincerely,Compliance DepartmentLyoness America, Inc.
