Better scapes was hired by my neighbor and went on property to remove brush and debris in backyard. During the process they tore the 200 amp pp&l service wire off of the house. The workers decided to re attach the wire to the house by re using the clamps and mounting brackets and screws and securing them to the house with different screws and in different holes than previous. I now have several holes in my siding and soffit(aluminum) they claim to only have left behind debris (twigs and leaves) and some spread mulch. After having township supervisors present and pp&l service I was made aware of the brackets and screws damages to my house. Owner pat mullins claims no responsibility to these damages even though I have a photo and sent it to him verifying his men on a ladder and a hoist where they are clearly on the wall of my house unauthorized unqualified non permit to perform service wire installation. My mother *** now has hire an electrical contractor a siding contractor and the cable company to assure proper repair and safety to our home all at a cost to her and furthermore legal fees and magisterial costs to take this company to court. This is absurd to say the least since this company had no authorization to do any work on our property
