unprofessional and ***We've been waiting for our TV for THREE WEEKS! We keep getting told by this company it will be here next day then never shows up, we call, they make up excuses,the truck broke down, we didn't receive you item etccthe list goes onBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

ENA Couriers has been attempting to delivery my treadmill since 1/5/18, 12-4pm I was given a hour window that day and told I would get a phone call minutes prior to delivery, but at 4pm had not gotten a called I contacted them directly and was told the truck would be there in an hour Fast forward to 6pm, still no call or truck, called again and told the truck would be there within the hour Fast forward, again, to 8pm and no truck, no call, so I called and was told the treadmill never made it onto the truck and there would be no delivery Then the treadmill was missing and a dock search was performed to locate it, which took days I then was rescheduled for a second delivery date, 1/11/ The treadmill and the delivery truck made it to my home, but there were only two delivery people for a package that weighed pounds and we were told they needed a third person and then drove away with the treadmill Today, 1/26/18, is the third delivery attempted, with approval
