This customer was never told that [redacted] never expire Once they are expired, the coupon is good for the purchase price that the customer spent on it Example, if a customer pays $for and they come to redeem it after is expires then that $purchase comes off any service they buy at that time This customer bought [redacted] , one that expired January *, which we honored since it was so recent but the other one expired December **, On May [redacted] when this customer came in again arguing with my cashier about it for at least the 5th time, a customer of mine politey told him that the cashier is just doing her job and his response to my cusomter was "mind your own [redacted] " This is not how you speak to a female I have attached copies of his [redacted] with my repsonse If he wants a refund then that is something he has to bring up with [redacted] not us.Attached are copies of his [redacted] I highlighted where it explains that the face amount doesn’t expire but the promotional rate does On the one that expired on December **, he can use that for anything at the car wash and receive $off The one from January I honored for him He has one more from which I do not have a copy of that would also work the same way as the one that expired in

Not exactly sure what this customer is looking forAs I said before, we are not responsible for the chip on her car. She told me that she had a car wash at the dealer prior and also said that the ice fell off her own car and caused the chip. She has continually harassed us. We have caller ID records showing her continuously calling even after my employees told her that I was not in and we also have video of her coming in and refusing to leave prior to closing on that same day when she was told that I was not in. This is not a problem of the Bethpage Car Wash and we will not entertain her complaint. We have notified the local authorities about her harassment to us and any further contact from her will result in us pressing police charges

I stopped by the carwash as told by the *** ***( I have the message saved on my cell) to show him what they did to my carI had the keys in a shallow pocket of my jacket because I have a push button start so when I returned home I shut the car off and when I was leaving my home for an appointment I pushed the botton assuming the keys we're still in my pocket the car didn't start I realized the keys were gone I looked in my house and could not find them so I call the carwash and asked if any one found keys and then said politely thank you and good byeAnd then finally found the keys in my couch after I hung up with her and looked againSHE is LYING when she said I accused her of stealing my keysShe is a liar!

You can redeem the [redacted] from January 2015, the other expired ones are only good for face value like discussed earlier.

This customer admitted to me personally today that she came to the car wash with ice on the roof of her car and the ice from the roof of her car fell the hood of her car and she somehow thinks that we are responsible.  Now she is calling my cashier and telling her that we stole her keys when...

she came this morning which is crazy considering she had them the entire time that she was there.  the other day she called 7 times and came in twice and today keeps calling again today harassing my cashier.  We will be filing a harassment report with the police against her.

Review: I took my car to get a car wash and they improperly cleaned my car resulting ice flying which caused two chips in my hood. I immediately called the car wash and asked for the [redacted] and when he finally returned my phone call I took it in three days later and he did not want help me in anyway. Therfore it makes me sick to my stomach because when I drive all I can see is those two chips. Me and the [redacted] both know they did it and he does not care because he still gets paid a fortune.Desired Settlement: Repair damage

Review: [redacted] of company told me that his [redacted] never expire so in turn I purchased many of them. In the mean time he changed that policy recently when I had all of these [redacted] in my possession and he will not honor them even though he changed policy after the fact of me purchasing all of these [redacted].Desired Settlement: Would like a refund of all the money I spent on the [redacted] as will not use him again.

Review: On October ** 2013 I went to the car wash to get my 2010 ford explorer washed and when it went through the wash the workers had missed the front grill, hood and windshield of my truck and went over the rims lightly where dirt was still on. I went home and rewashed my truck and I am now seeking a refund because I don't think I should have to paying $32.05 for a service I wound up doing my self.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of 32.05

In reference to the complaint, I did speak with [redacted] about his service and I did apologize to him that he was unhappy with the service. I told him to please come back anytime that is convienent for him and we will happily re-wash his car for free since we do not give refunds. He insisted that he wants his money back and again I explained that we do not give refunds to please come back and we will re-wash the car for him anytime he wants. Again he stated that he does not want that and he said that he will file a complaint with the Revdex.com.

As I stated in my earlier reponse, we will be more than happy to re-wash his car for him anytime that is convienant for him. We do not give cash refunds.
