This company never sends me bills or receipts of paying which is not the major issue. However, When I pay with checks for my monthly bill, they hold my checks and cash multiples ones at once. The latest issue involves them installing a shutoff valve on my water while I was away on vacation and not notifying me of this and then charged me $200. I asked my neighbor is she saw them do this and she said yes, they told her it was from one of their mistakes they made before I moved in. When I try to call this company, I never get through to resolve the issues and they wait weeks to call me back.
