Only in business for a year, doesn’t have customer service as a priority. Called regarding a vehicle on the lot that is “not there” right now and 4 hours later, the vehicle still has not returned but they couldn’t take 30 seconds to call me back and say “sorry” the vehicle isn’t back or when it would be back. This used car dealership does not seem legit in any way shape or form. Stay away from it!!!

Seller sold me a car that ended up needing to have the head gasket replaced (which was not disclosed at the time of sale) I was offered a warranty for an additional $950 to the purchase price, which I agreed to. Upon receiving the car, the first thing that I noticed upon driving home was that the check engine light came on, which had not been on when I took the test drive. The next thing I discovered was that the tail lights did not work. I brought it to a local mechanic that is well trusted by my mother who has used them for over 20 years and I had them go over the car. Along with numerous repairs, the main issue causing the Check engine light was that fact that it had a blown head gasket. The mechanic tried to work with the warranty company over several weeks to try to get them to cover the repairs, to no avail. I was finally told by the warranty company that they wouldn't cover anything due to the high mileage, which in my opinion should have been disclosed at the time of the sale.
