Review: Bestway has been very disrespectful to my fiance as well as my home. Our payment was due on November 29, 2014 Bestway called us on the same day payment was due, asking if we was going to make a payment today. There collection team came to our home BEATING on the door like the "POLICE' two time on December 12, 2014 and came back three time on DEcember 13, 2014. I have a police report to confirm December 13, 2014. The reason the payment wasn't made on November 29, 2014 because of the disrespectful phone call the collection team made to my fiance. The collection team of bestway call's my fiance phone at least 15 times a day. They call about every hour. I can explain more of the situation in person or over the phone. I have file police reports as well. Thank you in advance for your time.Desired Settlement: I would like to settle this matter by being refunded, all funds from contract. It state that if you are not satisfied with the company or services you will be refunded your money.
Review: I am extremely disgusted with the way that my husband was just treated by the manager Jacob and sales person Dean at the bestway rent to own store. My husband called and asked if he could make a two week payment because he changed jobs and is only being paid bi weekly now, Jacob refused to allow him to change his payment schedule and sent someone to reposes the items before the payment was even due my husband then spoke with the DM or so he said and again was treated poorly and was even cussed by the DM he agreed that he could pay today (Friday the 23rd) well my husbands grandmother is in the hospital and they called harassing us while we are sitting in Boone at the hospital. They accused him of lying when he said we will be out of town and said they were filing charges against us. We have tried to contact corperate but jacob and dean have both refused to give us the number and have treated us horribly and something needs to be done.Desired Settlement: We no longer want to do business with them and we want them to pick up the items with no issue when we return home Monday afternoon and would like something to be done with Jacob and dean and their poor customer service.
