If I could provide a negative rating I would. Not only are the sanitizing wipes container 4" high, they advertise a CA address but it ships from China. Extreme cost for so little. No size in the advertisement. I should have known by that. Extremely poor and misleading. Now there is absolutely no record of this product on their site. I would not recommend them and feel I was scammed.

Ordered 100pcs Alcohol Wipes back in April 2020. On June 24, 2020 the post office received the package and because Bestserr did not put our Unit # on the package the post office sent it back to them as undeliverable. I've been in contact with Bestserr for months now waiting for the package and when I found out it was being sent back I sent them proof that both my shipping and billing address on the Order had our Unit # on it they have continued to tell me it's my problem. So not only do I NOT have what I paid for but the company is refusing to refund me due to their error.
They should not be in business!

This company is based overseas. Once they get your money they refuse to respond or offer a refund. They are NOT honest. Buyer beware. What they offered and what they sent were two different items. Shipping was more than 60 days.

They have again and again refused to cancel the order, now they are telling me it is in transit. They continue to be deaf to my request 2 months later.
