This property management company manage by [redacted] are keeping people's security deposits in bad faith regardless of the rental property being left in good conditions with only normal wear. I have disputed the return of my security deposit and the judge rule judgement but they won't still return my deposit. I have learn of other past tenants who experience the same issues with this company. I will not rent neither recoment renting from this company and the agents involved. It has been a real sad and stressful situation. First time in my 20 years of being a tenant that any landlord has not return my security deposit. I had always have excellent landlords references.
