This order was a thru a ticket broker named [redacted] and they are no longer on the network to sell tickets because of dropped ordersCustomer service called the customer because we have not received a fax from her yet regarding her chargeback and she said that she would like to wait to see if they can provide her the ticketsThe tickets that are listed on our network now are MUCH more expensive than when she first purchased and she would rather wait and file a chargeback later than not wait and not have any chance of getting tickets at allCustomer Service told her that the prices could go down closer to the event and at the very least if they don’t she is definitely due a 100% refund if her cc company will not honor the chargebackCustomer Service also told her it’s HIGHLY unlikely the tickets are comingShe understood this and was very pleased with our advice and the follow up call
