We received a letter regarding a customer's complaint about our companyThe complaint was submitted on 11/30/and was assigned an ID of [redacted] .We had achieved agreement with the customer after receiving his complaint through [redacted] and already sent a 70% refund back to the buyer's [redacted] account on Dec Here enclosed the refund copy and his confirmation on ***.Actually the warranty of the product was expired for two months, and the vehicle was quite oldWe don't know how many miles the buyer had driven and how other old parts of the vehicle affected the use of our productWe don't have any reason to make any refund to the customerWe also called ***and were told we didn't have to make refund to the buyerEven though, we still refund to the customer.Please help to edit or remove the inappropriate complaint and let us know if there is any further problem about the issue.Thank you and best regards,Abby [redacted]
