Best Western Plus Magee Inn & Suites

This complaint from Mr. [redacted] has been resolved, and I did refund his $[redacted]. It is our policy to check rooms daily before a guest arrives, and to check all rooms once the guest has left the Hotel. When Mr. [redacted] checked into our Hotel he signed his folio...

stating he would be responsible for room, and we verbally told him that he was responsible for the room and would be charged accordingly.  I reminded Mr. [redacted] of the folio he signed, but as a courtesy to him we would refund his $[redacted] In the future we will have a check-list with dates and times listed showing what is in the room as well as what is missing once the guest leaves our hotel.
