I sent in my receipt for the OTHER hotel we checked into AFTER leaving The Best Western Plus (formally known as The Guest Haus Inn & Suites)We were actually charged $for a room with only one bed and no sleeper sofa! They did not provide a receipt, we only have our bank statementPlease don't hesitate to contact me if there are any other questionsOn a side note there are NUMEROUS complaints about this same thing by other customers that have stayed there & have been WAY over charged! The Guest Haus Inn & Suites). We were actually charged $222.74 for a room with only one bed and no sleeper sofa! They did not provide a receipt, we only have our bank statement. On a side note there are NUMEROUS complaints about this same thing by other customers that have stayed there & have been WAY over charged!
