Below is the explanation of our property's response to the corporate BW office in regards to this guests complaint. Following my explanation the corporate office found that the charge was legitimate and the guest was not refunded the movie charge. As it was stated below the movie was...
ordered and watched in its entirety. Our 3rd party vendor that supplies the movie system tracks and bills separate of our system. This guest was responsible for his own incidental charges, the company paying for the room advised us to ask him to leave if he/she refused to pay.

Guest was staying at hotel and being paid for by the another source. The room is registered and paid for the girlfriend ([redacted]). Mr. P[redacted] is a guest of her. The company responsible for the room will be not pay for any incidental charges such as movies ect. We contacted the company to let them know of the incidentals and they said that if he/she does not pay we may ask him to leave. The charges for the movies are as follows: Martain movie: 1/28/15 9:58pm guest watched a movie for 2 hours and 24 minutes. Martian movie: 1/29/16 8:41am the guest watched the movie for 2 hours and 27 minutes. The movie San Andres was not ordered. To order a movie you have to access the system and press select five times once you have chosen the movie. If the movie was for a minimal amount of time or there was a disruption in service we would be able to work with the guest. This was not the case. Since he has checked in he has been disruptive and rude to guest service staff. He has thrown a cup of coffee in the lobby because the coffee was out. He has been informed of the fact that we will not adjust the movie charges. He additionally threatened the hotel staff by contacting BW Corporate and they (BW) will give him his money back. In regards to this guest concerns about someone peeking in his room, this was an authorized maintenance personal who was addressing maintenance issues. Being that the guest has been here for over a month it has been necessary to address maintenance needs during renovations at the hotel. Each time the employee knocked on the door and waited for a response before entering.
