I subscribed to a one month trial of their *** website monitoring tool
Their subscription process failed, so I never received login information and cannot access the service portal
At that point I began trying to contact them to either fix the portal login, or cancel service
I've received no response to emails or voice mails
Two months later I'm still being billed for their services

Guest Came to property for using free points for two night no money was charged it was free night. Guest compliant that you don't have pizza menu with pricing, Breakfast area no variety, and booking Regular room and asking Handicap room. So Guest was really unhappy. But still wanted to using same property for stay. Hotel has right to refused service with out any explanation.
