Best Water aka SimplyWaterUSA,com sent me a legitimate looking postcard to do a filter change on my water softener. I thought they already had experience with my unit so I called them. The person I talked to, [redacted], said a technician would come out and test my unit and give me an idea how my unit was working. The unit was not plugged in when we moved into the house. So their technician, [redacted] comes out, plugs the unit in.The unit did nothing so he proceeds to try and sell me a new water filtration system for $1900. He did not troubleshoot, nothing, no tools, no disassembly. Just I need a new unit. He also charged me for the service call $80??? Granted I did make the appointment but not to be sold on a new system?? Buyer beware.

On 9/9/2014, we installed water filter system after making evergreen agreement with Victor/'Best Water Company for annual filtration maintenance. In past 12 months, the system doesn't work well and they didn't come to fix it as their promised. Moreover, on 09/25/2015 when it is the time to do the maintenance, Victor told us the agreement is "trash". He will charge 3 times of the amount of maintenance fee he promised before. He also make up story of calling us many times and coming to our places many times--whereas when we pointed out that it is easier to check the calling record and we have people in our address 24 hours every day to prove his lying, he realized his lie would be exposed to others, then he turns to accuse us didn't following the right procedure of handling the system, whereas he didn't realize his lie doesn't apply to our case.

Most important, he shamelessly said all documents he sent to us are "trash", which he believes there is no way to prove his lying and scam business, whereas we have recorded his lying words. For the benefit of others, we need Revdex.com to further investigate this person and his business.
