Best Valet Parking Corp

This company will not reimburse you for damages the valet drivers may have done to your car. I had my windows recently tinted and did not inform the valet that they were recently tinted, however that would not have mattered anyways because when I first arrived, the car was switched around between 2 or so drivers already. I had my windows locked and a sticker over the window switches that said DO NOT roll down the windows. I understand mistakes happen and thought I was pretty calm with the valet driver who actually rolled down my window. (I was actually a valet driver myself back then and know how it is when dealing with other people's cars. I also knew to not turn any functions on if they were already off)

The trouble was when I contacted Mike Raemer (the owner of the company). He told me the drivers are instructed on how to use a car and that they are not trained in aftermarket stuff like my tinted windows. (which is most likely a lie, I am sure these workers had no training. The only thing they need to know is to how to drive a manual transmission car) I then asked him if he trains the workers to disregard tapes that has a note that says do not roll down windows to just ignore that? He then gives a vague answer that they were not trained to do that. He also kept on going back to since I did not tell the driver to not roll down the window that they were not expected to know to not roll down the window. With that logic, it must have been okay for the valet drivers to do burnouts and donuts in my car since I did not explicitly tell them they couldn't do it. I would've accepted all the blame if I did not leave the tape with the note on the window switches and locked the windows.

I would've been happy with just an apology since the tint is still under warranty, but the owner flat out denied my claim even when I did not even ask for any compensation.
