Best Tire Shop of Fontana

I’ve heard all these good things about The Best Tire Shop out in Fontana. So I decided to give them a chance. Worst experience by far. They specialize in lowered cars and aftermarket wheels. Im pretty sure most of you are familiar with them. So after going in to get my tires flipped. This was my outcome. As you guys can see this isn’t just a small scuff. It’s about 30 % of my wheel. Not only is it scraped but its missing a big chunk. No clue how this happened. His solution, was to get my wheel refinished and powder coated. There’s one problem with that, the lip on my wheels are anodized. He assured me he would have his best wheel repair man fix it. Some of you may be familiar with that process from work wheels. Some aren’t but there’s no possible way to get this finish. After getting my wheel back from his repair man I was left with a half a lip on the damage and mismatched paint. Not even close. After I got in contact with him and explained what was going on with my wheel he said it wasn’t up to him anymore but on the wheel repair man that fixed it. All he could do was pay for it. I never heard back from his wheel repair man after addressing the issues with the repair. Shady business. Poor customer service.
