The company has provided false information on the remodification of my loan, which did not exist. The company's rates are $4,000 and I cannot get anyone on the phone to speak to me after the transaction and denial from my bank occurred. I am a mother of 4, the bank is about to foreclose on my home, and this was the last of my savings to save our home.
