Best Promotions

Review: As part of a large order of promotional materials in various formats, we had ordered 150 custom notebooks and pens for the kickoff event of a youth empowerment program. These notebooks were ordered on October 3rd and while the other products (flashlights and bags) were delivered these were not. Having not received the products we called Best Promotions and left messages on what is a generic voicemail. The email to [email protected] listed on their site returned to us with a fatal error. We have emailed and called [redacted], who was our salesperson, multiple times with no response. As a result of this failure in delivery, we were forced to spend even more time and money to purchase non-custom pens and notebooks. This is completely unacceptable.Desired Settlement: We would like our notebooks delivered as promised and we would also like a full refund since we were required to spend additional funds to fix the immediate situation.
