I bought a metal roof with Best Metal Roofing & Custom Sheet Metal, LLC
Not even two years later the roof has mold. I called Best Metal Roofing and he said that it was dirty all I had to do was clean it, I called three companies and I was told that they would not clean it because metal was bad that in six months I would have the same problem

Repair Would like to know if that metal is the one that Miami-Dade approved if not they should not be in business, selling false material.
Good morning According to the case of the lady we days ago we were checking her roof the problem is in two or three panels next to a breathing area, we think that it may be some kind of condensation the house has an approximate of 60 metal panels which the problem has it in only 3 in the above mentioned area.
I also inform you that our company does not manufacture the metal, we only shape it with a machine, this metal is purchased directly from Drexel metals, which we have sufficient proof of purchase. According to our analysis, it is not metal but some condensation problem.

Please let me know if these panels are going to be replaced because it's getting worse by the day
