Review: I ordered a product from this company on ebay and did not receive it. I told them that I would remove the negative feedback if they would send the product. I thought maybe I had misjudged them and asked ebay to remove the negative feedback ( the time limit was up so I was required to request this from ebay). The company asked if I wanted my money refunded or the product. I requested the product. I have not received the product. I have contacted them numerous times. They say that it is an ebay issue. They also stated that ebay removed the feedback - not me. I had in fact naively requested removal of negative feed back which I regret now. I have a 100% rating on ebay and always pay promptly and expect the same service from sellers. The company has blocked me from making purchases because, I assume, they know I will leave the negative feedback I should have left - The shipping was free on the product I purchased - now I see that they have jacked up their shipping to beyond reasonable. Buyers should be very cautious when dealing with this company.I expect to get an item that I have paid for and ordered in good faith. SinceIremoved the negative feedback they saw the opportunity to reneg on the sale because I could no longer repost the feedback that I should have left.Desired Settlement: $38.42 US ($ 38.42 CAN)

You can close the case - it has been resolved. This vendor should have explained what was going on better. They definitely were not very friendly or anyone I would deal with but I am getting my money refunded now.
