I contacted the company several times since my last complaint [redacted] said he mailed refund week of march and never received itI emailed him again and he said what is the correct amount to sendSo he lied about sending it it has been over months since this refund should have been sent to me I am getting very upset due to the poor service this company has done to meI need this resolved AMD k dont know why else to do he owes me and I feel at this point I should get my whole am ok not that j paid this company back which was I need this resolved and I would appreciate if this company would make this right as soon as possible [redacted] should have never cashed the check I wrote him due to me calling and having the part taken out of my fridge less Thames hours laterI should have been billed but instead he took my money knowing he shouldn't haveCan we please take care of thisThanks make no or ***I would like my refund now since its been over two months and he tildes you guys he already sent it and that was not a true statement

I emailed him again and he said what is the correct amount to send. So he lied about sending it it has been over months since this refund should have been sent to me I am getting very upset due to the poor service this company has done to me. I need this resolved AMD k dont know why else to do he owes me 184.00 and I feel at this point I should get my whole am ok not that j paid this company back which was 248.00. I need this resolved and I would appreciate if this company would make this right as soon as possible. [redacted] should have never cashed the check I wrote him due to me calling and having the part taken out of my fridge less Thames 24 hours later. I should have been billed but instead he took my money knowing he shouldn't have. Can we please take care of this. The only issue I have is that I still haven’t recieved the refund...

I will wait a few more days and see I get the promised  refund. Thank you for all your help. If I have not recieved it within the next couple days I will make further clontact with you guys,I’m hoping that America same day service is going to do exactly what they say they are going to do. Tech should of given bid before completing work. If not we could work out partial refund. If thats the case.

We have spoken to [redacted] about the complaint he has had with our performance with his repair and we have given him a full refund minus the service call fee which is $64.00. We have reached an agreement and he is happy with what we have...
