we bought a chair from [redacted]. none in stock, Plus when the chair came the top of the box was open and the plastic bag containing transformer and accessories was not there. you could tell the plastic bag was taken off as a piece of plastic was there. Not doing any more business from [redacted]. As this chair was marked 299.99 that is why we drove 45 mins to store. Now we are told the chair is 399.99. They do not honor their ad or the sign that was in store. Not happy at all. This is suppose to be a chair that has heat and massage. Was really looking forward to this as I have had 3 major back surgeries. If you want to run a ad there should be at least one in each store to try out. I could go on and on. Now I have to wait dor [redacted] to get a hold of you. plus took 3 weeks to get chair. more waiting...[redacted]
I bought a 3 piece living room set from Lee's furniture. the furniture was made by BEST Furniture. Very poor Quality. I paid 3,000.00 for this furniture and was told I have to deal with the store I bought the furniture from because [redacted] furniture is their customer and if they are satisfied with their quality there is nothing they can do.
