To date Best Glass has failed to admit their total disregard for Customer Service as demonstrated by their negligence in responding to my complaint which took them almost a month to address Secondly, they blatantly lied in their response to Revdex.com by stating that I had told them that the door was years old, when my neighborhood was built only years ago As a paying customer and a busy individual, I would have appreciated for Best Glass to admit they were at fault, fix the damage caused by their careless actions and move on However, they chose to fabricate a conversation that never took place and double the age of my neighborhood in order to cover for their shoddy workmanshipI will certainly avoid this business in the future.
