We have been trying to resolve the issue with this client. After the warranty was expired this customer came to the furniture store to exchange damaged parts; however, we wanted to help our customer and make sure he was happy and gave...
him what he needed. He then came again and asked to exchange more damaged parts and again we ordered what he needed. At this time the customer is out of town and will let us know when he will be back to pick up the parts. We always like to help our customers, but our store warranty is only thirty days without any purchase of warranty anything after that the customer should contact the manufacture directly.

The owner is being so untruthful, it's ridiculous. First and foremost we still only have 3/4 of a couch. The chair doesn't match the rest of the furniture. He placed the bad chair with the rocking chair, which doesn't even match.He was trying to repair and replace the pieces that were shown to him from the couch but even that didn't work, because the part that was order by him was still incorrect. First it was the wrong color, then it was the wrong side piece.We were never informed that we needed to purchase extended warranty beyond his so-called 30 days. Why would anybody in their right mind purchase extended warranty on "brand new furniture".If brand new furniture has ONLY a 30 day warranty, that's definitely a red flag. Why would the customer have to contact the manufacture when your company is the buyer to that manufacturer. Saying we are out of town to cover up your negligence is absurd. We are always home. Needless to say he lied about trying to accommodate us, as the customer, lied about not telling us he was the actual owner and basically wanted us to have the furniture he wanted us to have. We paid cash and that was all he was interested in. Since we still have only 3/4 of couch and he never wanted to fix this situation, there is now a court date set for 11-19-2015. We are hopeful that the courts will be in our favor and then we will be able to have proper furniture for the holidays. Best furniture is the worst furniture and should be ashamed of themselves.

It's unfortunate that [redacted] is totally exaggerating this process. Basically in a nut shell, if he had taken care of the sofa as he is proclaiming that he did, we wouldn't be without a sofa, nor would we be in the process of taking this to the courts. At this point, with all the problems and trouble of going back and forth with trying to resolve this issue, like we have stated in the past. This furniture is nothing but a sour lemon, which we can't do anything with, nor do we want to have this in our home. Multiple times we had requested, just getting the proper furniture and the furniture that wasn't torn and he never could even deliver or get this done correctly. [redacted], had said that, "he will see us in court", so this is why we are here now. Going back and forth with he say, we say, is not resolving the problem and we still don't have proper living room furniture. As well we still have the incorrect piece for the sofa. If he truly wanted to fix this, there is no way he couldn't reach us. There is someone always at our home. He as our cell number as well as the home number.

le ofreci llevarle la parte del sofa, pero el conductor aido mas de 6 ocaciones y el no se encuentra en casa, y a la hija le dice que si estuvo en casa, el sr [redacted] presento el caso a la corte pero de todas maneras e tratado de entregarle la parte y el no se encuentra no se de que manera le puedo darle servicio,

With respect to case# XXXXXXXX.
We sold Mr. [redacted] about a year ago, 3 pcs a sofa, love and chair recliner.
Mr. [redacted] did not take care of the recliner and because when he opens the recliner it makes contact with the wall and it frictions and rips the corner of the recliner.
We changed it for a new one. Then Mr. [redacted] came back with the back part of the sofa and I told him I didn't have that specific part, it had to be ordered but time past and he hadn't bought the extended warranty for the furniture. Me personally I was going to intend to ask the company for that part but the company did not have that item available and they asked me to wait. I asked Mr. [redacted] to wait but he insisted. I let him know that when the company had it I would give it to him with no charged due to the wait. When the company had the item available I sent it to Mr. [redacted] but once again he denied the part and preferred taking things to court. Then his daughter came in and I offered to take the part of the sofa but the conductor has gone on more than 6 occasions and he was not found home. The daughter says that they were home. Mr. [redacted] presented the case to the court but even then I still have tried to give him the part and he is not available and I don't know in what ways to give him services.

because both are damaged, and they just packed them into boxes knowing that who ever brought them would have a difficult time proving it. what happen to the the customer being right. This guy is calling me a lair and a cheat and I do not appreciate it. I am a retired Deputy Sheriff of 25 years . And a retired Pastor of 5 years, I do not have to lie about something like this. What does it really cost best deal to exchange the desk and hutch and send the damage back to the factor? Just calling me a lair does not show any responsible action from the store. They made their money and obvious that all they are concerned about.
