Best Buy Golf Supply

Review: On February 27 2014, I purchased some golf grips from Best Buy Golf Supply (BBGS) for the amount of $26.75 (that includes shipping). Once my order was received it went into a "Pending" status. Over the next few days, I would check my account on the BBGS site and see how things were progressing, but the order was still in a "Pending" status. I then sent emails to BBGS on Mar 10, Mar 18 and Apr 3 asking for a status on my order; I received NO RESPONSE. On April 8 I sent an email via gmail and another message via the BBGS website demanding that my order be cancelled, and that I will not do business with BBGS again. Those messages were never responded to. On April 11, I sent another message via the BBGS site demanding my order be cancelled, and I still have not heard anything from anyone in the company. I have also tried their phone number (###-###-#### as stated on the website) and all that does is forward you to a voice-mail box, you can't actually TALK to someone. I have left a voice mail, and - of course - that has NOT been returned either.Desired Settlement: I want my order cancelled.
