Best Auto and Truck Salvage

I purchased a used engine online from Best Auto and truck salvage in August of 2019. when it arrived the timing belt was broken and the engine was unusable. ( I have a photo) I contacted the company immediately and was told by Jose that another engine would be sent out. That engine never arrived. When I called this time I was told by Jose that it was sent to the wrong address. I was assured that he was going to remedy the situation and I would receive a usable engine or a refund. I have yet to receive either. I have contacted this business countless times through phone and text (I have these texts and records of phone calls ) since August of 2019 and have been strung along with one excuse after another for almost a year. I have mainly dealt with Jose but my wife has tried to work with the owner Brett recently. He too is full of excuses. I feel at the end of of my rope with the company and would like some help to resolve this issue and get the refund I was promised and deserve. I have a text stating that a refund was coming and have spoken to Jose who says that he has provided the refund but he cannot find any proof that it was and I never received it.
