Berry's Appliances

In late November I contacted Berry’s Appliance in Crowley to come out to repair my washer. The problem is that the water would not stop running during the spin cycle.
The service rep came out on Dec 11 and said he could find nothing wrong, even though I had to turn the water off behind the washer during the spin cycle when he was standing there. I did not have a lot of time so he said if I continued to have problems to call back. He said there was a 60 day warranty so I paid him the $62.25 service fee and he left. I called back around 2 ½ weeks later and told them my washer was still not working properly and they said they would send him back out, they would call back with a time. I never heard from them so I called back a couple of weeks later and was told the give that was working there was no longer working there, as well as other excuses. I called back in February and I was then told I would need to pay the service fee again because it was past my warranty period.
I have continued to call and asked the owner to try to resolve the problem. I requested a refund because they never honored their warranty, nor did they fix my washer. They refused to help me any further.
