I had purchased a 32" Tcl smart TV from this supplier and haven't received my item. I have made attempts to contact seller and they refuse to respond. I currently have a dispute open with paypal which is a run around they tell me to call their customer service line and then their phone message says due to coronavirus they don't have customer service reps and then hangs up on you.

I had placed an online order with this company on June 9, 2020. Order number last four is *** They indicated it would take up to 10 business days for ship of the order. Since I had placed the order, I have not been contacted by anyone on the status of the order; however, they did take the money for the order. When you call the phone number, it will route you through a maze of questions and companies not related to your call. I finally reached someone on the phone. They did not identify themselves as related to this company. The person on the phone was able to confirm the order number, my address and with the last four of the card, the order was secured. HOWEVER, they wanted me to provide them with the complete credit card number again. Since they were able to confirm the order, there should be no reason for them to take the card information again. I was NOT comfortable giving them all the information again. I question if this is a legitimate company. Especially when you call and you can be routed to companies not related to this order. The cost of the item is $55.99. NOTE: I could not provide the whole order number since your system believes it is a SSAN.
