Review: I purchased a surround sound system along with a security system back in June 2012 when we moved into our new home. Ever since, we continue to experience problems with our speakers for the surround sound system. Mr. [redacted] has addressed the issue each and every time by replacing the speakers more than once but the servicing has been erratic. The only time I get service is when his crew is in my neighborhood. I wasn't too happy about it but decided to let it go if it was going to help him save costs. I'm still having issues with my speakers and have contacted [redacted] several times with his response time being unacceptable. In 2014, I've contacted him on Jan 27th with a response on Feb 1st. I then contacted him 7 times and finally received a response on May 30th. I then contacted him 4 times and finally received a response on July 7th stating he would call in a couple of days, nothing. I contacted him on Aug 5th and no response. I contacted him again on Aug 27th and no response. At this point, I don't know what to do to get him to react. Very disappointed on the system I have purchased and the lack of his acknowledgement.Desired Settlement: Truthfully, I would like a new complete system or a refund. The speakers shouldn't need replaced this many times. I don't know why this is happening and neither does Mr. [redacted]. Quite a few people that I have talked to, including other surround sound companies, state it has to be in the wiring. Mr. [redacted] pushes that excuse to the side like that's not the problem and just keeps replacing speakers. What happens when the warranty period runs out and this continues to happen? I'm left with replacing speakers and that's additional cash out of my pocket when I already paid Mr. [redacted] thousands of dollars (approx. $5K) for the system.
