Used illegals for the work and used inferior products and has refused to come out a maintanence or repair anything. Also did the heat tape which has never worked properly and refusing to repair

We were very impressed with how hard Luke worked with our insurance company to get us some coverage for our roof. He explained all options to us and gave us the best option with what we could afford. He keep his word on the quality of his work and was conscientious to the project. We are very please with our new roof.
