Dirty hotel room with no properly running water and bugs and loud parties and drug activity.My husband and I stayed three nights at this hotel and the service was HORRIBLE. Our neighbors had loud parties and you could SMELL the drugs through their door. Only one outlet worked, I was bitten by bugs in the room, the shower floor was disgusting and had no water pressure and was stuck on an unsafe hot temperture, there was old food in the mini fridge. Owners do NOTHING when called. I have photos of bites and have contacted the local health department and will be reporting the drug activity to the police department. I just want my money back. The room was booked under my maiden name [redacted] At this point if they do not respond to the Revdex.com I will be filing a lawsuit to include my medical bills for my bug bites.Desired SettlementA FULL refund of my stay or I will file a lawsuit to include my medical bills for my bug bites.Business Response Revdex.com:First of all, this is not the first time that the guest had stayed with us. On this stay, the guest had stayed for 3 consecutive nights, and they didn't complained us about these things. The only complained we got from the guest was loud noise next door, and we promptly resolved the issue. Furthermore, the guest complained us to the [redacted] Health Department for the following reasons; bedbugs, unsafe water temperature, and uncleanliness. The officer from [redacted] Health Department came very next day to inspect us. They measured the water temperature, inspected the room from any bedbugs, insects, mold, etc. They didn't find any fault with the room. I will soon send the Health Department report to you.Thanks!
