*s Wife Not Only Did Not Respond, She Blocked MeMaking it impossible To correct the request I am fully aware of The legalities Of The contract, by Law, I Would have been within my rights to have demanded They leave at 5pm, leaving anything left in the house Yes, We Were waiting in the middle of the street , because we were legally the owners, waiting to get into Our home As far as cleaning goes , that Includes The ENTIRE house Not just The kitchen and bathrooms There was dog hair everywhere I NEVER said that it was ok not to vacuum I DID have A deadline to be in compliance with our contract on The house I soldYes, I live in a small town Yes, I posted on Facebook that my new home was filthy, because it WAS I am STILL working around my belongings to clean up after the sellars dogs I WILL NOT tolerate accusations of harrasment I have the right to express myself however I see fitEspecially if what I am saying is true I have Witnesses to verify and validate my statements Ms R [redacted] WAS ultimately Responsible for making sure her clients understood what they were signing Her Clients were in breech of contract, therefore , liable Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: not only did Ms R***’s clients take the washer and dryer, (for which they signed and agreed in the contract The $was NOT enough to cover the cost of a new set I am out $still.) but the contract CLEARLY stated that ALL window treatments were to stay The excuse of tension rods being used to hang the curtain (which were most certainly NOT all sheer, and I have pictures to back that up) is unacceptable Thirdly, the state of the house was disgusting It also stated in the contract that it was to be cleaned, which it was NOTThe amount of dog hair left throughout the house was astounding I find it curious, that Ms R*** responded so quickly to our complaint about the washer and dryer with a response of $made it perfectly clear that she already knew her clients had planned on taking the set If the set was THAT old, why didn’t they leave to old set and purchase new ones? If only one thing had been in breech of contract I would not be so insistent that things be made right ms R***’s clients were in breech of NUMEROUS things Legally, I could have insisted that what ever was left in OUR house at 5:pm was legally ours But I did not I am insisting the either Ms R*** OR her clients pay for replacement window treatments, and finish covering the cost of the washer and dryer I am having estimates on replacement window treatments done over the weekend, and will forward the cost on to ms R*** via my agent.

*s. We as real estate professionals do our best to advise our clients of what is contained in the contracts and how they need to be followed. However, we cannot control what the client actually doesMs

*s did contact MsR*** to let her know that they did indeed take the washer (that was few years old) and the dryer (that was almost years old)In further review, MsR*** admitted that she had accidently stated that the washer and dryer were to be included in the sale To remedy this, MsR*** agreed to compensate you, the buyers, with a generous offer of $1000, which you gladly accepted and would have more than covered the entire cost of a similar washer and dryerAs to the window treatments that should have stayed with the property. The sheer drapes that are in question were drapes that had been put up with temporary tension rods. They were not attached similar to what the other window dressing were and again were temporaryLet me be perfectly clear. I understand your complaint. However, agents can only advise their client. Complaint: ***Moving Time LineI would like to point out that the closing date was moved by

days because the buyers of YOUR property were not able to close. My s*** graciously extended your closing
date without asking for compensation even though it put them in a bind. MrS*** works for UPS and is not able to
get time off after the Thanksgiving holiday.
The week he had taken off for the originally scheduled closing date
which YOU missed was no longer an option which left MrsS*** moving on her
own and struggling with the time line. I
also have a face book message where you told her that you had “wiggle room on
the time line” and not to stress out. I am
not present while my clients move and I am not able to control those time linesThe Condition of the HomeMy s*** hired professional cleaners to clean the kitchen
and bathrooms on Friday so to say that the home was filthy is unfair. You were standing in the street waiting for
them to be out. MrsS*** said that
she spoke with you and you said not to worry about vacuuming so they left
without it being done per your request The Washer and Dryer There was no conspiracy around the washer and the
dryer. Rick called me a Saturday evening
to let me know that there were still items in the home and the s
all the way out yet and mentioned that the washer and dryer had been
taken. I told him that I had heard from

of the home and that I would check on the washer and dryer. I immediately pulled up the documents on my
computer and the boxes were checked on the contract that the washer and dryer
were to be included. I quickly went back
through my emails and text messages to see what we had talked about when we
were negotiating the contract and we had discussed the refrigerator being left
but not the washer and dryer. It was not
included in the listing but was asked for in the contract and I missed it. I immediately let Rick know that is was my
mistake and that I would give the buyers to replace the set. I had recently replaced mine and that is what
the set cost. I drove the check to Yelm
on Monday morning after receiving a text message saying is fine and the
check was cashed which I consider an acceptance of the amount. After the fact there have been various
demands of more money from me and my s*** through emails and face book
messages - which is now and my s*** told me she had a message
from you asking for 400.00. I consider
this matter taken care of. You have a
brand-new washer and dryer set instead of a used unmatched set that was years
old. The CurtainsI did not realize the curtains were missing until the
Thursday after you moved in. The s***
did not think she needed to leave them because they were indeed on tension
rods. I believe they have been delivered
back to you and have been reinstalled. I

heard that you are on face book ranting about the filthy home and what has gone
